• Definition: When someone becomes bitter or angry about something which might be minor. He remains upset about losing the game.
2. Ghosting-
• Definition: Ghosting means cutting all contact with someone abruptly without providing any explanation, particularly in dating situations. I believed we had good chemistry but he stopped talking to me without explanation.
3. Flex-
• Definition: To flex means to show off something such as personal belongings or professional achievements. She shows off her new shoes to her Instagram followers.
4. Lowkey/Highkey-
• Lowkey Definition: To lowkey something means performing an activity in a subtle manner without drawing attention to oneself. I really want to skip school tomorrow but in a subtle way.
• Highkey Definition: Highkey Definition: Being completely open and obvious about something. I really want everyone to know that I must see that movie.
5. Lit AF-
• Definition: This expression means something is very exciting or a lot of fun when spoken in an exaggerated manner. The party last night was amazing beyond words!
6. Snatched-
• Definition: This term describes how someone looks when they appear especially well-groomed or stylish. It often refers to fashion or makeup. For example, "Her outfit is snatched."
7. Shade-
• Definition: Any indirect form of criticism or disrespect shown toward someone can be referred to as shade. During the meeting she gave him subtle criticism.
8. Simp-
• Definition: Someone who excessively caters to another person they love at the expense of their own needs is typically referred to as a simp. He submits himself to her every request because he is a simp for her.
9. Clout-
• Definition: Social media contexts display power and influence as "clout." Individuals frequently try to obtain "clout" to increase their popularity. He spends time with them because he wants to gain social clout.
10. Bussin'-
• Definition: The term denotes food that tastes exceptionally delicious or high quality. For example, "This pizza is bussin’!"
